Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for a part time administrative assistant with the following qualities:

  • Self-starter
  • Quick learner

  • Easily pivots between tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Inspects expectations
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Projects will include

  • Data entry into customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Corporate research
  • Commissions reconciliation
  • Inventory tracking and supply
  • Other administrative/office duties as required


  • College degree
  • Minimum 2 years office experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Prezi
  • Valid driver’s license


  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Expected 20 hours/week
