Geoffrey Goldwater is the Managing Partner of Acrisure’s Mid-Atlantic region.

A graduate of Villanova University, Geoffrey joined Acrisure as President and CSO of Odell Studner Group, where he provided leadership and strategic vision across the company's various lines of service. He was awarded Business Insurance Magazine's 40 Under 40 Award in 2014, and in 2022 awarded The Titan 100, recognizing Philadelphia's top 100 CEOS & C-Level Executives. Geoffrey is an industry leader at conferences, writes articles and grants interviews to trade professionals, and he serves as a Congressional Workforce Development Committee member.

Ann D'Amicantonio is the Head of Client Solutions for Acrisure's Mid-Atlantic Region and is responsible for leading the carrier placement strategy, especially as it relates to premium optimization.

Ann's over 18 years at Odell Studner, overseeing commercial new business placement along with managing carrier and wholesaler relationships, sets her up perfectly for her current role.

Ann obtained her Bachelor of Arts at Connecticut College and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research and her Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designation from the Institutes.

Ann is a Philadelphia sports fanatic, music lover, and former collegiate athlete in swimming, water polo and crew. In her spare time, Ann loves to golf, travel, and spend time with her husband and two sons.

As Head of Operations for Acrisure's Mid-Atlantic Region, John collaborates with the Region's leaders and service professionals to implement exceptional total client service strategies and optimize operational efficiencies.

John brings over 25 years of insurance experience and was formerly Odell Studner's Executive Vice President/Chief Experience Officer. He's held leadership positions with other Philadelphia-based brokers, the Hartford, and other companies. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Kristen began her career at Travelers Insurance before joining CSC Insurance, where she spent the early years as a sales professional before moving into leadership roles. As Head of Growth, she is eager to drive growth by spearheading strategic initiatives and optimizing client acquisitions by mentoring recognized top talent in the insurance industry.

Outside of the professional sphere, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being involved in the community. She and her husband, Nick, have two children, Luca and Olivia. As a Pittsburgh native, she also enjoys cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium.

Prior to becoming Head of Finance, Bryan was Acrisure’s Northeast Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, where he was the liaison between agency partners and the corporate finance function. Additionally, he spent 10 years in several finance roles with Newell Brands before joining Acrisure.

A graduate of Taylor University, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, Chicago sports, great food/new restaurants and running.

Steve Odell is Partner & Advisory Council Member for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Acrisure. He has been in the insurance brokerage business for over 40 years at every level of the industry.

Prior to launching Odell Studner, Steve was Chief Executive Officer of LyonsOdell and held executive and leadership positions with the Clair Odell Group, which he and his partners subsequently sold to Mellon Bank in 1998. Odell Studner was sold in 2015 to Acrisure.

In addition to his executive duties, Steve successfully created Temporary Staffing and Captive Practice Groups within Odell Studner, Risk Management and Insurance providers to over 150 companies throughout the U.S.

Rob Cola is Partner & Advisory Council Member for Acrisure's Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to taking on this role, he was Principal and Co-founder of Doyle Alliance Group and has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field. Rob's firm joined Acrisure in 2013.

Prior to joining Acrisure, Rob's experience included positions at large national insurance and consulting firms, where his responsibilities ranged from the evaluation of alternative healthcare strategies to the formulation of unbundled self-funded medical plans utilizing the pooled risk solutions. His underwriting and consulting expertise offers a well-rounded approach to meeting client needs and expectations.

Elliot Dinkin is Partner & Advisory Council Member for Acrisure’s Mid-Atlantic Region. He is a 40- plus year veteran of the actuarial, compensation, and employee benefits field.

The former President/CEO for Pittsburgh-based Cowden Associates, Elliot possesses an exceptional ability to view issues within the framework of a total compensation philosophy, providing clients with a unique perspective to consider creative ways to address their compensation, benefits, and retirement obligation challenges while ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant.

Elliot obtained his bachelor's degree in economics (Cum Laude) from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been a guest speaker at WorldatWork, IFEBP, SHRM, and ISCEBS events and is the chairman of the National Kidney Foundation of the Alleghenies.

Elliot is an avid tennis player and enjoys other workouts when he's not watching the Steelers and Pirates! Elliot and his spouse Laura have two children and one granddaughter.

Bill Farber is Partner & Advisory Council Member for Acrisure's Mid-Atlantic region responsible for tailoring Asset Protection and Risk Management Solutions & Programs for medium-to-large businesses. Over the last 30 years, Bill gained much experience and knowledge in Asset Protection and Risk Management.

Bill is married and has three grown children and two grandchildren. When he is not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and fitness.

John Mulcahy is a Partner & Advisory Council Member for Acrisure's Mid-Atlantic region with expertise in Estate Planning, Financial Services, Pension, Employee Benefits and Commercial Lines.

John obtained his degree in Insurance & Real Estate from Penn State University, in Pennsylvania. His other designations include RFC, CLU, ChFC, CPCU designations, and Series 7 Securities License.

He joined the Nicklas Insurance Agency in 1983 and purchased it in 1997 and grew the company organically and through acquisition of several agencies in Central & Western Pennsylvania.

John is an active community member, serving over the years on the School Board, City Council, Chamber Board along with other non-profit entities. He has also coached basketball, soccer and baseball for 20+ years at every level through high school. He and his wife have six children and 12 grandchildren (soon to be 14).
