HCM Implementation Lead Specialist 

Position requirements include: 

  • College degree or 5+ years’ experience in PEO / ASO and employee benefits insurance 
  • Extensive Human Capital Management systems experience in: 
  • Human resources (HR), including time & attendance, employee benefits, and performance management 
  • Payroll and payroll tax 
  • Life and Health producer license (preferred) 
  • Tech savvy 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be exceptionally organized, and pay attention to detail 
  • Critical thinking self-starter who must be nice (because nice matters) 
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment under the supervision of the HCM Account Executive
  • Must strive to exceed expectations 
  • Knowledge of NextAgency, a plus 
  • HR experience & HR designations a plus 

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Build out employer HRIS systems 
  • Training clients on their HRIS systems and respond to technical questions as needed 
  • Knowledge of HR to answer client’s staff-related questions correctly 
  • Understanding HIPAA relationship to HR and ensuring compliance 
  • Overseeing, managing, and communicating with client regarding accuracy of approved payrolls / time and attendance / benefits, etc. 
  • Ensure client payroll taxes have been run and filed appropriately 
  • Perform special projects as requested by senior management
